Extended Postpartum Doula Services

The postpartum period is typically known as the fourth trimester, but studies have shown that postpartum depression and anxiety can extend through the second year after birth. Some families also require more time or assistance to adjust and navigate the changes that come with having a baby; including going back to work, having family not available anymore to help, sibling adjustments, etc. Some of these circumstances take longer than 12 weeks to accomplish. We understand this and are here to help.
