RESERVATION POLICIES:
Appointment reservations may be made by phone, inquiry or online booking. Inquiry requests should only be used for advanced scheduling. All Inquiry appointment requests will receive a phone call or email within one business day to confirm a scheduled appointment. Phone reservation requests can be made same day within two hours of the requested time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should an appointment need to be cancelled or reschedule, please call our main line within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Should a client no show/no call or cancel within the 24 hour window, the client will be subject to a $45 late cancel/no show fee. Circumstances that merit flexibility in this cancellation policy shall be handled on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the owner/manager on duty.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
The client is responsible to disclose any medical conditions or concerns to the provider. Nurtured Pathways, nor the provider, is liable for any information withheld from the provider either verbally, in writing; including but not limited to on the client history form at the time of a service.
